Unlike a conventional smartphone, Intent Phone intentionally removes access to features that are commonly associated with compulsive phone use, while retaining everyday essentials such as communication, navigation, banking, music, camera and other approved applications.
Its purpose is not to limit technology, but to help you use it more intentionally.

Intent Phone is built on carefully selected Android hardware manufactured by established third-party manufacturers.
The hardware itself is fully certified before configuration.
Intent Phone designs and delivers the software experience, device configuration and overall product philosophy.
Software Configuration
Configured before shipment.
Every device is individually configured before shipment. As part of this configuration, certain standard Android features may be removed, hidden or restricted.

Intent Phone is a behavioural tool, not a medical device or treatment.
Your Device Remains Yours
You remain in control of your device.
Once purchased, the device belongs entirely to you. You remain free to:
- Factory reset the device
- Replace the software
- Install another operating system
- Restore standard Android functionality
Please note that restoring the original Android experience may disable the Intent Phone software experience and configuration support.
Privacy
Your privacy is fundamental.
Intent Phone does not remotely monitor your activity, collect usage analytics or access your personal content.
Any information required for the operation of the device remains on the device unless you explicitly choose otherwise.

Support for the Intent experience.

Support does not extend to modified devices or software that falls outside the intended Intent Phone experience.
Returns & Consumer Rights
Your consumer rights remain protected.
Intent Phone includes a 30-day return period.
Your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected under applicable law.
Returns based solely on the intentional software limitations described above may not qualify where those characteristics were clearly disclosed before purchase.
