Our 30-day return policy is an additional commercial benefit. It does not replace, restrict or reduce any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
If Intent Phone is not the right fit for you, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the device.
You are welcome to use the phone normally during this period so you can properly decide whether the Intent Phone experience works for you.
To qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy, the device must be returned without damage beyond normal handling and with the accessories supplied with the order where reasonably possible.
Where applicable to an online or other distance purchase, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within the legally required period without giving a reason.
For consumers in the European Union, this is generally 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by applicable law.
Your statutory withdrawal rights remain separate from, and are not reduced by, Intent Phone's additional 30-day money-back guarantee.

We will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a device back without first contacting us.
Before shipping the device, remove your personal accounts and data and follow the reset instructions we provide. If you need help doing this, contact us before resetting the phone.
Once a return has been received, we will inspect the device and process the applicable refund to the original payment method.
For returns made under statutory withdrawal rights, refunds will be handled within the time limits required by applicable law. Where legally permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
For returns made only under our additional 30-day money-back guarantee after any statutory withdrawal period has expired, the refund will be handled under the terms of this policy.
Intent Phone is sold with the mandatory legal guarantee that applies to consumer goods in your country. This legal guarantee is provided by the seller and exists independently of any separate manufacturer warranty.
